A “Tilma” Style Restaurant

A person engages with three primary things when they visit a restaurant: the staff, the product, and the physical space. Before the first hammer was swung in the renovation of this place we now call The Tilma Cafe, our team was hard at work to assure that all three of these points of engagement were meticulously crafted to treat every one of our guests, not as customers, but as individual persons to see and encounter—our friends, new and old.

Under the direction of Nathaniel Binversie, our mission minded team is setting forth a new baseline for hospitality, quality, and ambiance through what they are calling a “Tilma” Style Restaurant.

When it comes to coffee, our goal is to consistently serve you the best coffee in North East Indiana within 1 year of opening our doors. Taste testing beans from a some of the best roasters, choosing an exceptional espresso machine and proper grinders, and investing notable time and energy to train and educate our baristas in the art of making coffee. Serving you pretty good coffee is not good enough for us. We are in active pursuit of delivering only the best, served with joy, to you.
