Job Openings

We are currently taking applicants for the positions below. No prior Food and Beverage experience is needed.

Our menu has been crafted by Chef Nathaniel Smith. It’s our line cooks that will bring this menu to life for our guests.
An artisan position. If being paid to put in the work through study and behind the bar to become one of the best baristas in Indiana sounds exciting, this is the job for you.
Composed of various levels of servers and hosts, these are our most customer facing positions. A true people person’s role, garnished with a sprig of food and beverage intensity.
Both a General Manager and crew managers make up this space. Compassionate yet personally excellent and firm individuals are needed for these roles.

I am not looking for the team with the greatest depth of skills. I’m looking for the right collection of individuals that will make up the best team for our mission of excellence and hospitality at The Tilma Cafe.
